We strive for quality and we have experience in western taste and style.  We can handle your apartment to any stage including turn key with all the furnishings in place.  We can also go a step further and help in the leasing and management of the apartment.  I am an American citizen with a background in construction and real estate. My local manager speaks English.  She manages the apartments and is also the decorator and on site job supervisor during construction.

Zhuhai is a fantastic city with wide tree lined streets, abundant shopping and night life with a semi suburb atmosphere. Zhuahi is  the eye of the “perfect storm” given its location and vitality. The bridge from Hong Kong is underway.  With the vitality and growth in nearby Macau, and a high speed train from Guangzhou nearing completion, it is not rocket science to see the potential for growth in Zhuhai. Factor in the Yuan exchange pressure, the deep water port plans and it all comes together. Considering the explosive economic growth in China and Zhuhai in particular and it becomes interesting.Rick -
